This edition of the Esports World Cup 2025 promises intense competition among the world’s best esports clubs across 26 events in 25 different games. The tournament is organised by the Esports World Cup Foundation and aims to crown the ultimate esports champions while delivering thrilling entertainment to fans worldwide.
A special highlight of the Esports World Cup 2025 edition is the inclusion of new games and genres, expanding the diversity of the competition. Notably, chess makes its debut, marking the entry of a classic strategy game into the esports arena.
Other new additions include the fighting game Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves, tactical shooters Crossfire and Valorant, and the battle royale title Naraka: Bladepoint (as a non-Club Championship event). These additions reflect the evolving landscape of esports and the EWC’s commitment to showcasing a wide spectrum of competitive gaming.
