The rivalry seems to be in its final chapter, as the bitter enemies are scheduled to face off in a Hell in a Cell match at the upcoming Bad Blood PLE.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">As we eagerly anticipate this colossal clash, let&#8217;s take a look back at CM Punk&#8217;s journey inside Hell in a Cell throughout his WWE career.</p>
<h3 style="text-align: justify;">Hell in a Cell 2009: CM Punk vs. The Undertaker</h3>
<figure id="attachment_4858" aria-describedby="caption-attachment-4858" style="width: 1200px" class="wp-caption alignnone"><img decoding="async" class="size-full wp-image-4858" src="https://sportingscroll.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/10/Hell-in-a-Cell-2009-CM-Punk-vs.-The-Undertaker.webp" alt="CM Punk’s Hell in a Cell Records: Wins, Losses, and Epic Battles in WWE" width="1200" height="675" srcset="https://sportingscroll.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/10/Hell-in-a-Cell-2009-CM-Punk-vs.-The-Undertaker.webp 1200w, https://sportingscroll.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/10/Hell-in-a-Cell-2009-CM-Punk-vs.-The-Undertaker-300x169.webp 300w, https://sportingscroll.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/10/Hell-in-a-Cell-2009-CM-Punk-vs.-The-Undertaker-1024x576.webp 1024w, https://sportingscroll.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/10/Hell-in-a-Cell-2009-CM-Punk-vs.-The-Undertaker-768x432.webp 768w" sizes="(max-width: 1200px) 100vw, 1200px" /><figcaption id="caption-attachment-4858" class="wp-caption-text">Hell in a Cell 2009 CM Punk vs. The Undertaker</figcaption></figure>
<p style="text-align: justify;">CM Punk played one of his toughest matches when he defended his <a href="https://www.wwe.com/classics/titlehistory/world-heavyweight-championship" target="_blank" rel="noopener">World Heavyweight title</a> against The Undertaker in 2009. The Second City Saint tried every tactic to overcome his legendary opponent, but the Deadman, known as &#8220;The Phenom,&#8221; proved too much for him. Despite Punk’s relentless efforts, The Undertaker reclaimed the World Heavyweight title, marking his third and final reign. This match handed Punk his first loss inside the Hell in a Cell structure.</p>
<h3 style="text-align: justify;">Hell in a Cell 2011: CM Punk vs. John Cena &amp; Alberto Del Rio</h3>
<figure id="attachment_4859" aria-describedby="caption-attachment-4859" style="width: 1200px" class="wp-caption alignnone"><img decoding="async" class="size-full wp-image-4859" src="https://sportingscroll.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/10/Hell-in-a-Cell-2011-CM-Punk-vs.-John-Cena-Alberto-Del-Rio.webp" alt="CM Punk’s Hell in a Cell Records: Wins, Losses, and Epic Battles in WWE" width="1200" height="675" srcset="https://sportingscroll.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/10/Hell-in-a-Cell-2011-CM-Punk-vs.-John-Cena-Alberto-Del-Rio.webp 1200w, https://sportingscroll.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/10/Hell-in-a-Cell-2011-CM-Punk-vs.-John-Cena-Alberto-Del-Rio-300x169.webp 300w, https://sportingscroll.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/10/Hell-in-a-Cell-2011-CM-Punk-vs.-John-Cena-Alberto-Del-Rio-1024x576.webp 1024w, https://sportingscroll.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/10/Hell-in-a-Cell-2011-CM-Punk-vs.-John-Cena-Alberto-Del-Rio-768x432.webp 768w" sizes="(max-width: 1200px) 100vw, 1200px" /><figcaption id="caption-attachment-4859" class="wp-caption-text">Hell in a Cell 2011 CM Punk vs. John Cena &amp; Alberto Del Rio</figcaption></figure>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Punk found himself once again inside the Hell in a Cell, this time in a triple-threat match for the WWE title in 2011. Going up against John Cena and Alberto Del Rio, the match was filled with fast-paced action, and the Cell only heightened the chaos. Punk endured brutal punishment, including being sent crashing through a table at ringside. As he attempted his signature GTS on Del Rio, the latter caught him off-guard with a lead pipe to secure the win. This marked Punk’s second defeat in the unforgiving Cell.</p>
<h3 style="text-align: justify;">Hell in a Cell 2012: CM Punk vs. Ryback</h3>
<figure id="attachment_4854" aria-describedby="caption-attachment-4854" style="width: 1200px" class="wp-caption alignnone"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="size-full wp-image-4854" src="https://sportingscroll.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/10/Hell-in-a-Cell-2012-CM-Punk-vs.-Ryback.webp" alt="CM Punk’s Hell in a Cell Records: Wins, Losses, and Epic Battles in WWE" width="1200" height="675" srcset="https://sportingscroll.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/10/Hell-in-a-Cell-2012-CM-Punk-vs.-Ryback.webp 1200w, https://sportingscroll.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/10/Hell-in-a-Cell-2012-CM-Punk-vs.-Ryback-300x169.webp 300w, https://sportingscroll.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/10/Hell-in-a-Cell-2012-CM-Punk-vs.-Ryback-1024x576.webp 1024w, https://sportingscroll.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/10/Hell-in-a-Cell-2012-CM-Punk-vs.-Ryback-768x432.webp 768w" sizes="auto, (max-width: 1200px) 100vw, 1200px" /><figcaption id="caption-attachment-4854" class="wp-caption-text">Hell in a Cell 2012 CM Punk vs. Ryback</figcaption></figure>
<p style="text-align: justify;">CM Punk returned to the Hell in a Cell in 2012, this time defending his WWE title against Ryback. The powerhouse Ryback was no easy challenge, but Punk, ever the strategist, used everything he could—fire extinguishers, kendo sticks, you name it. The match had a shocking twist when referee Brad Maddox betrayed Ryback with a low blow, allowing Punk to win with a quick roll-up pin. This controversial victory marked Punk&#8217;s first win inside the Hell in a Cell.</p>
<h3 style="text-align: justify;">Hell in a Cell 2013: CM Punk vs. Ryback &amp; Paul Heyman</h3>
<figure id="attachment_4857" aria-describedby="caption-attachment-4857" style="width: 1200px" class="wp-caption alignnone"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="size-full wp-image-4857" src="https://sportingscroll.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/10/Hell-in-a-Cell-2013-CM-Punk-vs.-Ryback-Paul-Heyman.webp" alt="CM Punk’s Hell in a Cell Records: Wins, Losses, and Epic Battles in WWE" width="1200" height="675" srcset="https://sportingscroll.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/10/Hell-in-a-Cell-2013-CM-Punk-vs.-Ryback-Paul-Heyman.webp 1200w, https://sportingscroll.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/10/Hell-in-a-Cell-2013-CM-Punk-vs.-Ryback-Paul-Heyman-300x169.webp 300w, https://sportingscroll.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/10/Hell-in-a-Cell-2013-CM-Punk-vs.-Ryback-Paul-Heyman-1024x576.webp 1024w, https://sportingscroll.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/10/Hell-in-a-Cell-2013-CM-Punk-vs.-Ryback-Paul-Heyman-768x432.webp 768w" sizes="auto, (max-width: 1200px) 100vw, 1200px" /><figcaption id="caption-attachment-4857" class="wp-caption-text">Hell in a Cell 2013 CM Punk vs. Ryback &amp; Paul Heyman</figcaption></figure>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Punk’s next Hell in a Cell outing came in 2013, where he faced Ryback and his former manager, Paul Heyman, in a two-on-one handicap match. Betrayed by Heyman earlier that year, Punk was determined to exact revenge. He took down Ryback with an elbow drop through a table before climbing to the top of the Cell to confront Heyman. Punk delivered a beating to Heyman with a kendo stick, followed by his finishing move, the GTS, giving him another victory and a sense of redemption.</p>
<h3 style="text-align: justify;">CM Punk’s overall Hell in a Cell record</h3>
<figure id="attachment_4855" aria-describedby="caption-attachment-4855" style="width: 1200px" class="wp-caption alignnone"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="size-full wp-image-4855" src="https://sportingscroll.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/10/CM-Punk-Hell-in-a-Cell-records.webp" alt="CM Punk’s Hell in a Cell Records: Wins, Losses, and Epic Battles in WWE" width="1200" height="675" srcset="https://sportingscroll.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/10/CM-Punk-Hell-in-a-Cell-records.webp 1200w, https://sportingscroll.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/10/CM-Punk-Hell-in-a-Cell-records-300x169.webp 300w, https://sportingscroll.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/10/CM-Punk-Hell-in-a-Cell-records-1024x576.webp 1024w, https://sportingscroll.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/10/CM-Punk-Hell-in-a-Cell-records-768x432.webp 768w" sizes="auto, (max-width: 1200px) 100vw, 1200px" /><figcaption id="caption-attachment-4855" class="wp-caption-text">CM Punk Hell in a Cell records</figcaption></figure>
<p style="text-align: justify;">CM Punk holds a 2-2 record in Hell in a Cell match. With two wins and two losses, his experiences inside this dangerous structure have been a rollercoaster of highs and lows. Now, CM Punk is preparing for his final showdown against Drew McIntyre at the 2024 Bad Blood PLE. This match will not only settle their heated rivalry but also determine whether Punk leaves the Hell in a Cell with a winning record.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The excitement surrounding this feud is at an all-time high. Fans can’t wait to see who will have the final word in this epic saga at the Bad Blood PLE.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">The Undertaker, a popular figure in WWE for thirty years, recently named the first wrestler he would hire if he started his own wrestling company. His pick is Kane, his on-screen half-brother.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Kane, born Glenn Jacobs, worked closely with The Undertaker from 1997 to 2018. Their legendary feud in the late 1990s is still remembered as one of WWE’s best storylines. Their bond started with Kane arriving as The Undertaker’s long-lost brother, leading to some of the most dramatic matches in WWE history. Over time, they moved from fierce rivals to strong allies.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">On his podcast, <em>Six Feet Under w/ Mark Calaway</em>, <a href="https://www.wwe.com/superstars/undertaker" target="_blank" rel="noopener">The Undertaker</a> explained why Kane would be his top choice for a new wrestling promotion:</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">&#8220;People sometimes look at me funny about this, if I was to start a wrestling company on my own and I had to pick my first guy, I would pick Kane.&#8221; [21:30 – 21:39]</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Kane and The Undertaker were both inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame, with Kane in 2021 and The Undertaker in 2022. The Undertaker also talked about the possibility of them being inducted together as the Brothers of Destruction.</p>
<h3 style="text-align: justify;">The Undertaker on Kane’s Best Qualities</h3>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Kane is known as one of the best big men in wrestling history. He retired from in-ring competition in 2018 to become the mayor of Knox County, Tennessee, at 57.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The Undertaker highlighted that Kane’s calmness and professionalism make him stand out:</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">&#8220;One, because of the talent, he can work with anybody. Two, he knows exactly what his gimmick is, he knows what his gimmick isn&#8217;t. Three, he&#8217;s gonna do business, right? And four, he&#8217;s a human being that people wish their kids to be. So you have all of those things with him. You&#8217;ve got pretty much the total package.&#8221; [23:47 – 24:14]</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The Brothers of Destruction won the World Tag Team Championship twice in 2001. Their final match as a tag team was in 2018 against Shawn Michaels and Triple H at Crown Jewel. The strong connection between The Undertaker and Kane has been a major part of WWE history, blending intense rivalry with deep friendship.</p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400">Undertaker’s trademark entry into the wrestling ring based on a supernatural theme still continues to send chills down the spine for the viewers. <h2><b>The Boogeyman </b></h2>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400">American professional wrestler Martin Wright, widely recognised as “The Boogeyman”, made his much awaited WWE debut in 2004 and ever since, he has continued to be one of the most scary and dangerous WWE wrestlers in the world. With creepy accessories and his face covered in red and black paint, the boogeyman truly created an eerie experience for both the opponents and the viewers of the <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/WWE" target="_blank" rel="noopener">WWE</a> format and resembled the spirit of a walking monster. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400">While the Boogeyman’s actions in the wrestling ring were quite unpredictable, his ruthless moves and strange rituals were quite a nightmare for the opponent wrestlers in the ring. In addition to his scary persona, Boogeyman’s “worm eating” gimmick was considered to be his trademark. In his decades-long wrestling career, there have been multiple instances where the Boogeyman was captured stuffing“living” worms forcefully inside the mouth of the opponent, leaving the viewers shocked and horror-stricken. </span><b></b></p>

<h2><b>Mankind </b></h2>
</li>
</ul>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400">Michael Francis Foley aka Mankind is an American retired professional wrestler who is still considered to be one of the most unusual and dark characters ever introduced in the WWE format. Mankind’s self-destructive behavior in the ring, such as ruthlessly pulling his own hair and smashing his head on the floor of the wrestling ring, is often used to intimidate his opponents inside the ring. Moreover, Mankind’s trademark look, which consisted of a leather face mask, mucky white shirt &amp; shredded leather pants, was specifically designed to make him look creepy and psychotic. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400">Mankind’s psychotic behavior, creepy outfit and bedraggled hair often made him appear as a psychopath who has just escaped from an asylum which evidently worked well to terrorize and unnerve his opponents inside the wrestling ring.
